Better User Experiance

I'm new to Yugma and we are testing it as an alternative to GoToMeeting. So fare it seems great, but most of the time, I use the software to support users of our applications and we have a very specific usage model and if we could configure the software to provide a better user experience then we would be very happy with it. The features we would like to see are:

1. Attendees of meetings we host almost always are the ones sharing there desktop, so when they connect to the meeting they should already be set as the presenter. They can click Begin Sharing after connected to the meeting it need not and should not be automatic for there privacy.
2. Attendees of a meeting are have most likely never used Yugam before and may never use it again. The program take a long time to download and install, this should be lighter and faster.
3. Attendees are prompted for several pieces of information, the meeting host should be able to choose what information is prompted for, specifically to reduce the amount of information needed to get a user into a meeting. Users I deal with are already frustrated that there application is not working and just want it fixed ASAP and I don't want to bog them down with have to learn a new piece of software. Many of our users are not "computer" people and seem to use computers as a necessary evil rather than a gift from heaven such as ourselves.
